Amember Version: 3.1.4 1. Someone with an account logs in. 2. they want to renew their membership. 3. they choose their membership under "Add/Renew" - then click "Order" and nothing happens. They are not forwarded to the payment page. 4. New members can sign up with no issue. A member successfully renewed her subscription on 11/22/15. But now it is not working. Any ideas?
I would suggest using the help desk with the urgent status, that's how you get the crew to act quickly for you...
