Hi, Whenever a customer has an active membership under "membership renewal" they are not able to renew under the add/renew. There is no option listed on this screen. This was not always the case. If someone has purchased a membership. they then have the link to renew after the first year. It is really odd. I have checked the Product Availability & Visibility section & the renewal is ONLY available to those with an active account & disallowed for anyone with an expired account. Any ideas on what could be going wrong??
