Hi, When I order a new subscription under "Add / Renew Subscription" on the "Your Account Home" page, the transaction is processed, but the subscription DOES NOT appear under "Your Products"... Thanks in advance...
Please have a look to "Renewal Group" feature on product editing page. By default, second subscription date will go to the future and subscription won't have "active" status. Do the following - edit your products and enter different number into "Renewal Group" field for each your product.
