Adding email templates

    we have 3 default email templates in

    Email Template Layouts (displaying records 1-3 from 3)
    admin-email-template-layout

    would be nice for html/bcc editor in there to add images ect, as want to make my own helpdesk template

    You can add new layout and put any html to it. Then you can use this layout for your helpdesk email messages.

    be better with the bcc editor at top, as its there when you go to other email settings

    You can choose BCC in email message configuration
    aMember CP -> Configuration - >Setup/Configuration -> Helpdesk -> (Edit Email Template)

    I am afraid it is not possible to define BCC in email layout. In case you need to do it you need to specify it in email template. Please see my previouse messages.
