I changed the address block for signup form to default country of Canada and to hide country as membership is only available in Canada. Now, the address fields are showing as optional (no asterisk) but they ARE REQUIRED. How can I show/make amended address fields as "required"? Many thanks in advance.
I can't recreate this. I'm not required to specify address when I have setup like above. Can you contact me in helpdesk and provide access info?
Sorry Alex but I think I may have confused you. You are correct - because I amended the address fields as shown above, I can't get amended address fields to be required - instead they are optional. Workaround? Suggestions? Should I still contact helpdesk?
I solved issue - please disregard above. I did not see that there was a "required" choice from the dropdown menus for each field - I am so sorry for taking up your time.
