No, it is because your webserver (Apache) is not configured to use index.php as directory index file, like it does with index.html and index.htm You still be able to access it when you type index.php directly. like www.addicted2allura.com/amember/admin/index.php

It is error during upload or if you already edited templates, it is broken. Make sure templates/ folder matches original.
