Hi, When my affiliate user is logged in they can not see the Affiliate Info tab on the main page. I am not sure but I think they might be seeing the normal user main page rather than the affiliate user main page. The URL of the page is: http://www.mysite.com/amember/member However, I have read that they should be in: http://www.mysite.com/amember/aff/aff If I manually enter this URL into my browser it auto redirects to the member page so not sure what to do. I have attached a screen shot of the tabs available. NB my version of aMember is 4.3.6 Thanks
Are you sure your users is affiliate? In case you redirected from http://www.mysite.com/amember/aff/aff to member page it looks like user is not affiliate. You can check it in admin interface - edit user record and check Affiliate Program settings. How do you set up Affiliates Signup Type at aMember CP -> Configuration -> Setup/Configuration -> Affiliates ?
Hi, sorry but I hadn't set this user as an affiliate!! I'm new to this, please bear with me :-( I have now set them as an 'only affiliate' customer and re-logged in. I can now see the Affiliate Info tab. Thank you Caesar for your prompt reply, its much appreciated.
