affiliate payment

I am just wondering how affiliate payment works. Say for example I am using paypal and I have 100 affiliates to pay, how do I pay them? Each individually or is there a mass pay option?

user ID is their affiliate ID, so competitors could guess your membership size
(amember should fix this so its username... but i guess this would be a problem if you change the username)

isn't user ID and unsername the same thing??

User ID is a number generated when a member signs up- its incremental.
eg 1,2,3,4

Username is different.

well I like pretty much everything about amember. I'm just not too sure about there affiliate system as I see that people tend to be using other affiliate systems. I think it would be the perfect program if the affiliate system just assigned some random affiliate id...something random like: ksi43h3j82x

you can always just change the start of auto_increment value for that _members table in mysql directly to start from 1000 or so instead of 0...
