I've searched for an answer for this but I came up with nothing and I'm desperate! I have my affiliate program set up and we are now getting payments for new members that have signed up via an affiliate. If I go to an affiliate's info that I know had a person sign up through them, it shows the clicks and the referring links but it's not showing the commissions? So am I missing something? I'm in a panic because we have subscriptions coming in this week and I need to be able to keep track of the affiliate commissions. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Can you verify that the member has an affiliate id in their account? Go to the members profile, and see if theres an affiliate ID attached to the account. David
Thanks David for replying to me. Where would I look for this, in the admin page of amember or the registered member page? They were able to get banners from their member page and the clicks showed up but no commissions have showed up.
In the admin, go to the members record and see if the affiliate ID has been added to the user record. David
