I tried to add a second affiliate rule but it didn't calculate ANY commissions for the month and now it's time to pay affiliates and it's showing basically nothing for a payout to affiliates. This leads me to a few questions: How do you set up 2 separate affiliate commission configurations? How can I tell what affiliate id belongs to what affiliate? I see on a user's line an affiliate number 176 but it's not clickable so I don't know which of my affiliates is 176. Is there a way to go back and it calculate commission if I delete the second rule I created that seemed to create this issue?
I submitted a support ticket for this but if anyone has any idea how to figure out what affiliate is what affiliate number I'd appreciate it.
Ok ignore that I just realized it has the affiliate number on the commissions page I'm just kind of overwhelmed right now trying to figure out how to calculate affiliates commissions. sorry.
