I've been looking at affiliate scripts/programs. It seems that the easiest way to integrate most affilite programs is with an image tag or other command on the thanks page. We have several products (each with different prices) and we use both paypal and paysystems (so an ipn solution seems out of the question). Has anybody figured a way to redirect to different thanks.php or thanks.html pages, one for each product? Thanks Bill
Hi Bill, I can't say that I'm an expert in this, but there are a few affiliate scripts that will stand between the payment processor and the thanks page. This way, all affiliate processing is handled outside of aMember. It's also possible, at least in some cases, to include some PHP processing on the thanks page to read the variables sent back from the payment processor (such as item and price) and insert those values in the IMG tag for your affiliate script. Two affiliate scripts which promote their ability to integrate into ANY shopping cart scenario are Groundbreak's UltimateAffiliate and AllAffiliatePro (www.allaffiliatepro.com). I've recently chosen AllAffiliatePro and have yet to begin installing it. I may be able to give you more information in a couple of weeks. - Alan
It will be done sometime. For now, it is more practical to use third-party affiliate script with aMember. CGI-Central staff is ready to help you with integration, just write to support@cgi-central.net
AllAffiliatePro integration with aMember Hello, We are more than happy to assist you in creating an affiliate plugin. I'll even show you how to make it versatile so it can be configured to work with almost any affiliate software out there. Of course with a little extra you can have even more advanced tracking from AllAffiliatePro. We can discuss the details. AllAffiliatePro can currently integrate but it means editing your scripts. We can give you all the code snippets you need. Lyle Hopkins Market leading affiliate solutions http://www.allaffiliatepro.com
Lyle, thank you very much for your offer! Another situation, I would accept it, but currently market requires built-in affiliate program for aMember and it is close to finish.
Wondering about the amember affiliate program? Hi Alex, Do you have a time frame on your finished affiliate program? Sure would be interested in the details. Thanks Ed Brooks
Affiliate program currently is ready (YES! ) but without recurring billing support. Once we will make it working for recurirng billing, we will release it as beta. One-level, semi-automatic payouts.
Hmm, yup, me too, I'm really keen to have some indication of when this will be ready... I know your busy Alex but any indication would be great...
Cool, could you upgrade the demo: http://www.cgi-central.net/scripts/amember/demo/admin/ so we can check it out.
