After getting payment through paypal status is not updated in database ???

Hi,

I think here will be a right post for help me on paypal problem.

I have one website in which payment gateway Paypal is purchased from this website http://www.cgi-central.net

Now the problem is that which i am facing i.e. when payment got through paypal but after that status is not updated automatically i had to change this manually.I want this should be changed automatically.

So please help me to sort out this problem. I need this problem should be sort out very soon. Please help me.

I do not know how i can generate support Ticket. When i click on support link in this website http://www.cgi-central.net/forum/ but that link is taking in www.amember.com . So please tell me how i can generate this.
