I have attempted to contact CGI since Saturday. Please check the account history. The former web developer had aMemberPro operational in my FTP account and website. When the information was transferred over to my new FTP account the aMember did not operate and kept coming up with errors as listed below.

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: new_smarty() in /homepages/28/d207051713/htdocs/amember/signup.php on line 171"

In looking at the FTP account there are two instances of aMember; one in the root directory and one in the member files. How many instances of aMember are required to secure the membership side of the programs? I would like to know if it is simpler to delete aMember and reinstall the latest version or is there a fix to the problem?

Since my business is directly tied to the membership program we cannot conduct ANY business at this point. My hands are tied by a-Member. I am not a programmer and was looking for a program that we can easily install. I have seen your program and it works well as a security and membership program. I would like for it to work so that I can generate revenue.

Can aMember/cgi reload the program since the payment has been made and make the program operational? I have a second ticket in at this point requesting assistance. It is going on 36 hours and I have simply gotten messages to click on download when the email stated you would load the program properly within 24 hours. It is not done. Please correct this problem so that I can conduct business.

    Thank you.
