Hey Everyone... I have a major problem! I run a membership site with over 500 members... just last month I switched everyone over to a lifetime membership because of a special i ran with the members... last month everyone was fine... this month everyones locked out... What I think happened is we had monthly paying members then we switched them all over to a lifetime plan, it may be membership setup that i created for lifetime members, but I dont get why it wouldnt have happened last month?!? any help is greatly appreciated... i need to get access for my members ASAP Thanks PS ..yes ive submitted a support ticket early this morning, and im hoping you guys can offer additional info or help to get this resolved
Seems to be 2 ways you can do this- either change the subscription end date in phpmyadmin, or add another product to all those users. David
