I really am hard pressed to get Amember Pro up and running as my old membership script is currently down. I'm fighting with my ISP as they will not let me have permissions to use the ALTER TABLE command.

I'm setting up Amember with the Invision board plugin and I'm trying to use the existing database that Invision board is using. I guess this is the reason for using ALTER as I'm new to SQL.

Is there any alternative? I've had this ISP for about 10 years and I don't want to switch now.

If I have them create another seperate database just for Amember, will I still be able to plug into Invision board

    Thanks in advance,
    Michael McKinney
