I've uploaded a video to my Amazon S3 bucket, and enabled the use of S3 in aMember with the access key and secret key. But when I go to protect that video in aMember, it doesn't show up. Is this possibly because I'm using the IAM authentication? Or something more basic?
I've got the same problem, i see the bucket, but no files in there. And the trick with regenerating don't work. What could it be?

By the way please check your bucket's names do not contain letters in upper case. It can be cause of this issue.
