amember + 1sc issue, please help

    I can't figure this out.


    I am using amember with wordpress and 1sc plugins.

    The payments go through fine in 1sc, and members get created in both wordpress and amember databases.

    The problem is, they don't get automatic access. I have to manually grant it. Here is the error I am seeing in the amember log:



    Unknown transaction: related invoice not found #[197412296]


    What should I be on the lookout for? Very frustrating

    update: if i go to 1sc and click on "repost order to aMember" , it activates the user in amember. just doesnt work when you first submit payment​

    lol just realized i posted using different names. I own multiple licenses to amember and was switching back and forth between account centers.

    anyone? why is it so hard to get in contact with amember? I've even tried staying up late so I can call them overseas, and all I ever get is a busy signal...

    UPDATE: I was able to get it working by selecting "Accept Direct Payments" In the settings. The problem now is that 2 invoices are being generated in amember for the user, everything else is fine in 1sc. Anyone have any idea how to have it so I get only 1 invoice as opposed to 2?
