amember 1sc not talking?

    customer subscribes in amember - then goes to 1sc to complete payment
    but not posting back from 1 sc to AM to show approved/paid

    i ensure password 1sc id match etc.. match
    I did a repost to amember from the order in 1SC and that worked

    Why is it not posting when they do the transaction?

    IPN not hitting amember?
    Are your $ amounts and # of days matching exactly?

    $ amounts both $1.25 - days both 30 days recurring
    both same id from 1SC

    (just setting up a test amount to get it working)

    and it works when i do repost to amember besides the transaction - so they are talking when forced - just not when doing transaction....

    What is 1sc tech support saying? Sounds like they arent posting properly.

    Do you have access to server's access log?
    Check in access log was IPN message really sent from 1SC when order was completed.
    If not, contact 1SC support and ask to explain why.

    ok good news - simple issue - just did not click the amember product under settings in 1sc on that product (must be checked on each product)

    bad news - now it is posting different dates (giving 60 days instead of 30) even though both products say 30
