aMember and Netbilling

    Hi,

    We have been using Netbilling for years very successfully and they handle all of our call center services and well as processing and fraud scrubbing. We have been looking at aMember and was wondering if it is compatible and works well with Netbilling? If so, what benefits will I have with aMember?

    Yes, there is an integration module for NetBilling. Recurring billing is supported.

    Awesome - does it support their check processing as well?

    No, unfortunately, check processing is not supported.

    Alex,

    Your tag says Administrator but I just wanted to verify if you work for CGI/Amember or for Netbilling? I see that you've been on top of responding to the Netbilling questions.

    I've e-mailed in to get the Netbilling module updated as the current module asks that you enter in credit card information on the page that is local hosted. Netbilling has its own payment page and the customer should not have to enter their information on the page that is locally hosted. The transaction should be sent over to netbilling and the customer can enter their info on the Netbilling payment page.

    Can you help with this?
