Amember cookies casuing CSS issue with vBulletin.

    Software:

    amember pro.
    vBulletin 4

After weeks and months of troubleshooting our vBulletin's CSS issue we have found out that amemeber cookies are conflicting with vBulletin. Pages do not render properly due to stylesheet are missing or not loading.

As soon as we remove these cookies _amember_rp and amember_ru vBulletin works nicely.

Your vBulletin plugin hook is at "style_fetch" hook and amember software has nothing to do with vBulletin styling ... may I know why is it at this hook.

We need a solution for this as soon as possible as our users (Approx 17k) are having lot of problem due to this and we can not keep on asking them to clear cookies. We are losing lot of our active members as they do not renew subscription becuase of this issue.

I'm sorry for this issue. We upgraded our site yesterday, so there can be issues with it. Your ticket s not gone. I already sent a reply requesting additional info and will work on issue later today.

Ticket I made is not in http://www.amember.com/support/history and when you click on the sort button all the tickets disappear form the page. Please send direct email address or direct link to my ticket please so I can send the login info.
