Hi, we have several amember sites integrated with aweber and using Paypal. It seems that when a Paypal recurring subscription goes through, amember automatically sends a "amember-deleted" message to aweber and stops further auto responder messages going out. We need to manually check and resubscribe these members in aweber every month, so the members can continue to receive their weekly eclasses from amember. Can you please advise how to stop this happening - it doesn't seem to happen to members paying through Payflow Pro. Annette

Thanks for your help David. I've used the standard aweber plugin that you get with amember. After reading Ken Gary's info and watching his video I can see that his plugin does fix a lot of other issues with the standard aweber plugin, but no where can I see any reference to the issue of amember stopping the member in aweber every time a Paypal recurring subscription is received. (not when they first join, but every month when the subscription recurs). If it does fix this issue - great! Does any of the amember technical crew have any idea why this occurs and how to fix it?
I'm pretty sure his version doesn't do this- but suggest you contact ken to be sure. I would guess the reason he doesnt mention it- it is something that simply shouldn't be happening. David
