    Hi,

I've been using aMember forever, and only recently started offering a month-to-month, until canceled, option.

My simple question is this: If a member subscription is canceled within Paypal, will aMember automatically "know" this? I'm guessing if yes then the user access will end at the end of that 30-day billing cycle, right?

How exactly do Paypal and aMember "speak" to each other during this process? Paypal tries to bill each month and upon success notifies amember and adds another 30 day subscription for that user?

    Thanks.

    Yes.
Yes, theres an IPN that notifies amember of the new payment, and the new period is added to the user record.

    Thanks, David,

That's what I imagined would be the case.

So once a Paypal subscription is canceled, there is nothing else for me to do within aMember then?

    Correct.

But still a good idea to take a look inside every now and then to make sure its all working properly. Think i noticed a canceled who didnt properly get canceled a while back- but that was probably an earlier version of amember.
