Amember not passing product ID to 2CO

    I am having an issue with Amember not passing the product ID to 2CO.

    I have been toying with this for a while now. The product ID is filled in the
    '2Checkout ID' field yet it does not pass.

    What can I do to fix this issue?

    2CO plugin does not pass product_id for non-recurring products. It allows to handle discounts and taxes in aMember, plus several other things.

    aMember passes product name and description to 2Checkout in the URL according to 2CO protocol. Why does not 2CO uses it? It is better to ask them.

    I'm having the SAME problem as well. I get an EMPTY CART message.

    If I use the manual link provided by 2CO it works.

    Any help?

    Hi,

    I had exactly the same problem.

    This is because there is one step that is not indicated in amember's help for the 2checkout plugin.

    You have to edit your products and look for the option called:

    2Checkout ID

    Then you just fill it with your product id, the one you get in 2checkout product info section.
