    Hello forum,

I'm not sure really if amember is functioning correctly, or if it's a user error, or perhaps it just doesn't do that. However, I am having a real issue with amember and managing my users.

Background: I am using amember to manage an email service. The service provides 3 different levels + an add-on service of a self-managed website.
I am wanting amember to manage the subscription products, example: Basic has a email list size of 150, Standard 500 etc. In that amember will only allow them to create x number of contacts.

At the moment, amember doesn't really do anything, it's not interacting with my email service, I don't know if it should be doing this, or if it's just amember session are not set up correctly.

I would really appreciate any help, or if someone can fix the install/setup of amember I will happily pay for it.

    Cheers
    K

It sounds like this is something which would require some customization to your email management program. aMember protects directories, files and access to php programs. What you are looking to do is limit a specific function within a program.

I think you would need to check the number of contacts the user has added and if they are trying to add over a set amount, trigger amember php_include to see if the user has the correct level of access.
