amember remote purchase

    Message to Andrey, Alex or anybody from amember support. I've emailed u guys at least 4 times, without a response, explaining that I've not received the files that you supposedly sent through. I reserved the whole day yesterday to install this, so I'm extremely aggrevated. Some 24 hours after paying for the product I've still not got it and am now behind in the related project. Please will you resend the necessary files asap. This is not the support I'm used to from u guys (3 licenses purchased).

    I can confirm that plugin files were sent to your email address many times.
    So if you didn't receive these emails, you should send your complaints to your ISP.
    Again, you always can check this yourself at http://www.amember.com/support/ you can access all your tickets and each ticket history, also can download files from that location. All your tickets were answered in time, and yesterday plugin files were sent many times to your email address.

    If you have problems with support link above , I sent temp. download link in my reply to your ticket in helpdesk.
