Amember set up 3 of 4

    I am having a problem setting up mySQL database after i do this I get an error that

    Cannot connect to mysql (Access denied for user 'amember'@'localhost' (using password: YES))

    Can someone please help me - i know this should be easy but i can not get past it - Thanks!:)

    It seems that password for amember user if wrong.
    Make sure that info is correct.

    I am having the same problem please help

    I use siteground and keep getting the same error.

    I have no idea if mySQL Host name user name or password causing this, but it's annoying the hell out of me. I probably lost a few days off my life expectancy dealing with this.

    Please submit installation request and provide host Control Panel in it.
    We will help with installation.

    support backed up?

    I've submitted my installation request, provided all the information but still my amember software isn't installed. I've sent numerous reply to the ticket but it is still not working and I got no reply from support.
    Is support really backed up? I was told all replies are less than 24 hrs.
    It seemed like some one did upload amember to my website at 6:30 am this morning but I got no reply from support. And nothing is working and I seem to have problems with my server now. I have this error when I try to access ps or top

    error while loading shared libraries: libproc.so.2.0.6: cannot open shared object file:

    Any idea what's wrong?

    Sorry for delay with your installation request.
    I want to explain why such delays can happen. The problem is
    Please do not post unnecessary follow ups to already open ticket.
    Each follow up put your ticket to the end of queue so you just will wait longer.
    If you didn't got reply from us within 24 hours and want to check what happen please submit another ticket instead and ask to provide an update for your request.
    We got a lot of requests for help because end of the Year so sometimes we can't check all tickets for the day so if you regulary post followups t the ticket it always will be at the end of queue and there will be a big chance that we will not be able to check it.
