I purchased Amember Friday afternoon. I didn't know whether or not it will get installed over the weekend; well it didn't. That's fine, I didn't really expect it, but I definately thought it would of been installed on Monday (yesterday). I had someone email me yesterday morning about some SQL login information, I responded back promptly (within one hour), but no one has got back to me, or finished the install. I just wanted to know that they have all the right information to properly do the install, and I also wanted to know a little more about the Joomla plugin I purchased.
I had amember installed yesterday, now I just need to get everything else in place to launch my site. Thanks
LUNARPAGES Webhosting Users help me with the initial Database Setup Does anyone have LUNARPAGES as a webhost because I can't seem to get past page 2 of the initial setup. I keep getting this error message when I try to setup the database. Cannot connect to mysql (Access denied for user 'setiu0_Lamont '@'localhost' (using password: YES)) Will someone using LUNARPAGES as a webhost tell me how to elimate this database setup error???
Up And Running I now have aMember Pro demo up and it is running perfectly. I do have one more question however. What is the code needed to put a Welcome "Username" message on a HTML webpage? I am presently running the Demo for aMember software and for me this is a very important function so that the user will no whether they are logged in, or not. Maybe the code could display a "Not Logged In" message if the user is not logged in. Thanks in advance people.
Please help! I cannot seem to get amember support to reply back to my support tickets. I am getting this error know once I went through the setup installation. Does anyone know why? Any help would be greatly appreciated. License error - license domain does not match your domain (mycreativecreations.net!=simplydoodles.com) at http://mycreativecreations.net/simplydoodles.com/AMEMBER/index.php?a=cce ref from http://www.mycreativecreations.net/simplydoodles.com/AMEMBER/setup.php
I just went back to check my admin login page to see if it was working. It's working know so I guess all is okay. Amember support did change my license to the new domain url and that is why I was confused when I received this error. But it looks like it's all fixed know. )
