"An Error has occured"

    Any idea on this... Contacted help desk but no reply yet and its pretty urgent!
    I'm trying to add an invoice to a user in the admin area. I want to add my product 5 times. I put 5 in the box and push save and this all goes through fine. But when try the same thing but with adding a coupon to this I get an error page: ---- An Error has occurred Please contact webmaster: support@mkupdate.co.uk. ---- I'm trying to apply a 20% discount to the 5 products you see. I set up the coupons to the correct product and everything.

    Please describe - what settings exactly are you using to add invoice so we can repeat it

    We have a client waiting on a discounted invoice, is there any change you could look at my helpdesk messages for an idea on a fix? BRY-68364-997
