I sell adult photo sets in digital format to adult web site
operators only. Although I do not sell to the general public and there is very little risk in charge backs I am still considered 'high risk'

I am located in Canada. I do not have a merchant account. I am looking for a billing solution but I do not want a merchant account as my monthly sales are less than the average gateway fee of 25$ (I am starting out small and keeping expenses down. once I can make some revenue, I intend to use it for the business and create more revenue etc etc.) Also I can not afford the 750$ visa charge.

after many false starts I finally settled on aMember for shopping cart/ membership software and Stormpay for billing. This situation actually worked for a while but unfortunatly Stormpay has now trasformed into an auction site and no longer acts as a CC payment processor.

Does anyone know of any credit card processor that does not require a merchant account AND accepts high risk businesses AND works with digital products AND works with aMember (though the last part is optional as I can just pay for integration). BTW I have tried Verotel tickets club, but it requires me to create a separate website for every digital product as they are not ment for digital products.
