I have bought aMember because i read and heard its very reliable as a user / payment management software. From EPOCH they asked to develop a postback script which i don't know how and i asked several times (multiple tickets) from aMember's support for help . NO ANSWER despite the fact i let them now how URGENT it is. shall i ask for refund ?
