If someone tries to add an attachment to a helpdesk ticket, or in fact if admin tries to send an attachment to a user, when you go to read the ticket, all the css is messed up on the page. (plain white and un styled text.)
If normal tickets are sent without attachments, they show up fine.
    Any ideas anyone
    v4.3.6 by the way.
    Thanks

    Support closed.

Just tested this again a few times and noticed a " ( " after the attachment name. As in the screenshots.
The attachment upload "loading swirl icon" never actually stops when uploading an image, so just pressing "send" after a couple of minutes seems to cause this. Even with very small file sizes, it still continues with "uploading" image.
Data directory is chmod to 777 and attachments seem to be getting stored in data, as they are listed in FTP.

One reason we got amember was to have clients send images to us. :(

User Panel screenshot after clicking any link that should direct to the message containing the attachment image.

Then there is the Admin panel with the same scrambled page with no styling at all, but again notice the "(" after the image name.

You can submit ticket at any time. We works on it in hours of operation. In case you need to resolve this issue please submit ticket to helpdesk and we will troubleshoot it.
