Hello- I am using the free version of amember and have been able to set up and configure things quite nicely, but I'm running into a peculiar error when attempting to set up my php protection. The error I am receiving is this: And here is how I have the file setup to use protection: I have also tried using an abolute path such as: When I try to access the 'check.inc.php' file directly, I get the following error, which means to me that the check.inc.php is there and can be run: My question is, is this a problem with my server? To me, everything seems right, but maybe I'm overlooking something?? I have also attempted to use the alternative method Alex posted about protecting html files with the php plugin, but I still receive the same 'Failed opening' error listed initially above. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks for the great script so far. Nate.
I believe there is some error with filenames. Could you publish full URLs (please replace domain name to "something" to keep it secure) of : - page where you try to insert protection code - check.inc.php file Then I will try to suggest you something.
