I am using the Authorize.net CIM plugin on my site, and I'm getting an error where it is reporting back successful transactions to Amember, in cases where the transaction is pending/holding for review. We had a lot of fraudulent orders so we set up the fraud detection suite on Auth.net to "Do not Authorize/Hold for Review" any orders over a specific dollar amount. I just tested it, and put a test order through. Authorize.net does not authorize, capture, or do anything with the order, its held for a manual review. However it is reporting back to Amember that the transaction was successful and the users are being given access to the downloadable content. The version I'm using I think is 6-9 months old. Is there a newer version out, something that will work without this major bug? Thank you!
I'm not sure how this can be fixed from plugin, if authorize.net report about successfull transaction. Is there any difference between valid and false positive responses in payment debug log?
I do not think authorize.net is sending back a successful transaction report, the transaction is not processed at all, it is not authorized, captured or denied, they hold it for us to process manually. When I look in the error log, there is nothing for the transaction. If it was successful, wouldn't it show something in the log? Why is amember allowing access?
Check payment debug log in aMember CP -> Payments -> Edit payment at the bottom. aMember will activate payment only if will got successfull payment reply from Authorize.Net
