Hello, We changed our membership price structure and the people who signed up prior to this change are still getting charged the first amount. I posted this issue to the support forum a week or more ago and must have fallen through the cracks so I'm posting the question again. What do I need to do to get those folks charged the new, current rate when they are re-billed? Thank you for the help/direction. Bryan
This is expected because terms are stored for each user in am_invoice table. Find these users invoices in am_invoice table and change second_total column.
