Had a customer sign up last month. They should have been put on auto bill every month, but it didn't rebill. I logged into the Auth.net CIM and there are no customers listed. Seems like maybe something might be wrong with the talking between the two applications. What could be the issue?
Check user's payment record in amember, at the bottom you will see debug info about how payment was processed. Was there any errors?
Nothing that I can identify as an error. Looks like everything went through as expected. I submitted a ticket through the help desk this morning.
Me too, suddenly I've been using the authorize.net CIM plug-in for a long time and suddenly I'm having a problem too. It looks like the customer profile isn't even being created in the authorize.net CIM when a person signs up with aMember. A member signs up on my site, gets the 7-day free trial, but when its over and he's supposed to be billed it doesn't happen and the XML response indicates that the customer's ProfileID wasn't found. When I go to authorize.net's site and look in the CIM manually, sure enough the person was never added when he first signed up. Something isn't happening in the communication between aMember and Authorize.net when a person first signs up. (Site: preachingunleashed.com)
