For security purposes, I want to not store any CC on my server, so have chosen to use the authnet.cim plugin. Several questions:

    * On signup, it says CVV is required, can we make it not required?
    * When creating a user manually from admin, there doesn't appear to be an interface to include them into CIM, does there? It looks like you enter the CC info like normal and it saves it in database - how can I avoid that and just enter their CC info to create a new CIM account?
    * Where is the CIM ID stored? It doesn't appear to show up in the user profile area (when looking up user in admin).
    * Is there a way to change the CC or billing info associated with an existing CIM account?

I know the plugin is in beta, but it appears several others are using it and I was told by helpdesk that it should be ok to use.
