Hello, I saw a previous post on this here, but I'm not finding where to set the email to go out when a product is ordered. Does anyone have any idea? What I'm looking for is an email to automatically go out when a member is manually approved. Our site is a membership site where I have it set to manually approve signups. But once a user is manually approved, no email is sent out at all. I'll be having others handling much of this process, so having this automated is pretty important to minimize how much they have to handle. Thanks!
You should be able to set up an autoresponder email. I've never done it with manual approval but it should work since you can set the email to go out based on the start of the subscription. Go to "Protect Content" Click on "E-Mail Messages" Click on "New Autoresponder" Set the rules of when to send the email out towards the bottom of the page
