Auto-responder for active members who have cancelled

    I was wondering if it is possible to send an email message to active members who have cancelled their automatic renewal? Perhaps this is the option to select Protect Content -> Email Message to select:

    Send E-Mail only if customer has no subscription (optional)

    So, what we're try to do is to segment out our members so that active members who have not cancelled their automatic annual membership renewal will receive a different automatic email message compared to active members who have cancelled their subscription. For obvious reasons, those who have not cancelled and who are about to receive an automatic renewal charge should receive a different email message compared to those whose membership is about to expire since they have cancelled the automatic renewal.
