auto upgrade failed cannot disable maintenance mode

    URGENT! I tried to upgrade using the auto upgrade to aMember Pro Core [4.2.14.3b7ee0a]

    the upgrade failed, and now I cannot disable the maintenance mode

    You should be able to get aMember out of Maintenance Mode by:
    • From Admin Control Panel click on "Setup/Configurtion from the left menu
    • Click on the "Advanced" button in the top menu bar
    • Uncheck the Maintenance Mode box
    • Click on "Save" at the bottom of the scteen

    No Problem.

    Also note that you can update using the update package available from the download page in the "My Account" area..

    Greg,
    I want to add that you MUST upgrade manually using the update packages from your account if automatic upgrade failed.
    Probably Automatic upgrade was unable to overwrite all files, on your installation, so you still have some files from older aMember version and this will lead to issues in the future.
