Hello, I am using aMember 2.3.8PRO. I would like to send an automatic email to people who cancel their membships. I've checked in the products panel and in the configuration and I can't find where I would do this... Is this possible? Thanks for any help!
I'm not sure about your aMember version, but here's how I do this in v3.0.8. Go to Configuration > E-mails > checkbox for "Send Cancel Notification for User"
