Automatically add .php after url

I am enabled "Use aMember3 Compatible Urls" option, but I want to stop all non .php URLs.

Example
https://www.amember.com/amember/member.php ( I want to use this )
https://www.amember.com/amember/member ( Automatic Redirect to 404 page or homepage )
