Bad admin icons after upgrade

    Hey Alex,

    I just upgraded from 4.2.14 to 4.2.17. After the upgrade, all the icons in the admin area are unlogical. For example, when I browse user, the edit icon is the OTO icon, delete user is the email icon, etc.

    What happened?

    That happened to me too, but it straightened itself out after a day or two.

    Clearing the cache fixed the problem. The old sprite.png was still being used ;)

    Yes. Always be sure to clear your browser cache / cookies and restart after an upgrade to ensure no legacy byproduct. Also consider if you are using a CDN or cloud service (like CloudFlare) that you will also need to clear their cache as well.
