Is there a way to ban an existing member (i.e. already registered) without deleting their accounts or altering their product subscriptions? We have a bunch of registered users from a school that is refusing to pay an invoice - so we need to temporarily restrict access using Amember until they pay. I looked at the Ban options in Setup/Configuration, but these seem to be for potential new registrants?? JIm
Got to search users, find their user account. "Locked" switch to yes- this should lock them out. David
In addition, you can ban their known IP addresses (available via their log entries). Granted this may have limited value if their ISP changes their IP frequently.
