Big Problem

    Hi all
    I have abig problem with amember
    Installed version is 3.1.9PRO
    Im using amember for more than 1 year but now its something that i never se before.
    Maybe some of you have any idea what is going on.
    In the morning i dint had any problem and everythign was fine.
    Now i get email from users they cant access the site.
    When i look on the admin side at every user that send me an email under User Payments/Subscriptions at Product Tab is empty.
    Also some product switch from free to premium.
    No idea what is going on.
    I open a support ticket but i saw the office is close at this hour.
    Maybe i can get any idea what is going on.
    I want to say i dint make any change on the site in last 3 days or more so i dont understand.
    Please help me with any suggestions

    Have you modified any of your products recently that would be associated to those payments?

    I think one or 2 weeks ago i did that but no one make any payment till 4 days ago.
    I dint make any changes this week

    Also something that i see the products changes for exampe from free to premium or from three months to group membership.

    Its a really mess

    I checked your ticket in helpdesk and unfotunately I can't find what was the reason of this issue. I checked access log and I don't think that installation was hacked. I believe that amember_products table was modified outside of aMember(in phpmyadmin or from other script) and product_id was changed in amember_products table. For example there was product 9 and now it have different ID. That product_id is used in payments table so if there is no product 9 anymore you will see empty product in payments report. Also that table does not have indexes that were created when aMember was setup. So it was modified 100% If you have database backup, provide it in helpdesk, I will restore that table with correct IDs. If not let me know ASAP. Will try to fix this manualy.
