Billing Info Not Posting In Database

    Hi,

    The billing info the customer inputs on the billing page doesn't get updated in the the database. The billing fields are all blank. I am using the Linkpoint payment system plugin. Is there a way for me to correct this issue?

    How did you figure this out???

    I am using Authorize.net and CIM and the billing info isn't getting saved.

    It must not be saved to your database! The idea of CIM plugin is that data for recurring billing is stored on Authorize.NET side. So even if your website is hacked it does not affect this sensitive info.
