    Hi,

I set up a product with a 7-day trial and then a 1-time payment after. This is integrated with 1SC.

After the trial expires and the client is billed, the period shows another 7 days.

    Example:
trial period is May 1st and expires May 7th
When the client is billed after the trial period, it says: May 8th to May 14th, which shouldn't be the case as it should say Lifetime Membership as that is what's setup.

    Thanks in advance.
    John

    What about your 1sc settings?
Or is this only happening in amember? (if so maybe a bug- report to tech support)

    Attached is the 1SC settings

    What happens is: Example:
    May 1 - $1 trial begins
May 8 - Trial Expires, the membership fee (which is lifetime, 1-time) is charged but the email that aMember sends has a May 8-14 covered period
May 14 - aMember sends an email to the member saying it will be charged again and membership will be lost if not.

1Sc settings seem to be correct as there is 0 in the payment cycle (although it says that the next billing period is May 14)

In such setup product in aMember should be recurring.
Recurring times should be set to 1; Let me know if this will not help.
