i set up amember on a site that currently hs about 200 members in ccbill. i assumed that it would pull them into the new system but it appears only new joins moving forward will be entered into amember?

i think i have data link setup right i'm getting the error pelow in my debug log:

    04/05/2008 17:21:54 /member/admin/error_log.php 98.194.106.156 Cannot find payment by ccBill datalink reference: "EXPIRE","933506","0000","0208053501000001146","2008-03-23","NULL","N"

any idea what it means or how to get my members over into the new system?

That error message is saying what you already know in that the CCBILL subscription id used by CCBILL to identify a transaction was not found in your AMEMBER database so it could not resolve the transaction to an existing user. As for your 2nd question I do not know how to import your existing ccbill users into the amember database. But if you figure out how to do that (hopefully not manually) then these debug log messages should go away. If you haven't already entered a support ticket then do so and I'm sure Alex can point you in the right direction.

    thank you, Jim.

this was his answer, i'm not sure i find this a satisfactory reply or support.

"In regards to import from ccBill unfortunately I don't have account with them so unable to help here. Please contact ccBill support and ask ask how this can be done."

of course ccbill said i should talk to amember about it. i fear i'll be manually adding in 250 entires. or requesting a refund as i feel the presale claims amemeber makes with regard to ccbill support are misleading.
