   I'd like to change the name of Helpdesk to something else.
   
   I'd also like to change the word 'Tickets' to 'Discussion'.
   
   Can you point me to where I'd make those adjustments?

   try http://yourwebsite.com/amember/admin-trans-global
   
   log in with your admin account.
   Then you should be able to translate or rename most of the strings.
