I moved the amember to a new server, and also changed the Path of the protect folder. But the user can not access the folder now.

When I click the protect folder link, it always said

"Access Denied You have no access to Folder ..."

All the things goes well on my old server. This is urgent, I need your help and thanks very much!

Delete protection from the folder and then re-protect it

Check permissions on /amember/data/new-rewrite folder it should be writable for php scripts.
Also try to remove .htaccess file from protected folder and set protection again.
If nothing helps, contact us in helpdesk.

I've got a similar problem as of today, members area links do not give me access to the pages, "you have no access to this folder...." occurs on all products in their members area. Was working fine a few weeks ago., Now I think non of my members have protected access to their products.
