Can PayPal_r do recurring subscription fees

    When I look at the different payment plugins I noticed that there are several different payment plugins for PayPal. I am wondering what would be the purpose of using Pay_Pal mobile plugin? Also, does PayPal_r do recurring subscription fees (auto billing) or is that only with Pay_Pal Pro? Please help. Thank you so very much.

    Ok wonderful. Do you perhaps know what the reason for putting PayPal Mobile Plugin Payment option on there would be? Thanks for your help.
